Our holiday apartments

Every holiday apartment features a balcony and wooden floors in the living spaces. Most of the furniture is made from local woods.

Each of the four apartments is equipped with a ventilation system and underfloor heating. You will find a satellite TV in every apartment. The free Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the whole house. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided in each apartment. If you stay for more than one week, one change of linen is included in the price.

General conditions and services

The indicated prices apply for each stay. The local tax of 2.50 euro per day per person aged 14 years and over is not included in the price and has to be payed on-site.

In order to confirm your booking, we reserve the right to request a deposit. Please note that you won’t be able to pay by credit card.

On the day of arrival your apartment will be available from 3 p.m. If you plan on arriving earlier, you can store your luggage at our house in the meantime. Please let us know if you plan on arriving after 7 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your apartment by 10 a.m.

In high season it is obligatory to arrive and depart on Saturday.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Take the opportunity and we will show you how to make a wreath from hay and fresh flowers.

From Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) we offer a bread service on request.

Depending on availability, there is the possibility to get delicious delicacies from our vegetable and herb garden for daily consumption.
If the chickens are in the mood, there is also the possibility to get a fresh egg.

In addition to a playground and a sunbathing lawn, we also offer a barbecue corner. On request, you can also rent toboggans and hiking poles from us (depending on availability).

There’s a lot to see on our farm – you can explore the farm life and animals with us, just ask for a tour. We will pick you up free of charge from the nearest train or bus station on arrival and departure.

From the Rauchenbichlerhof you can reach the bus stop on foot in 3 minutes, in 20 minutes you are in the village centre with grocery shop, pharmacy and bakery.
The city centre of Bruneck is 5 km away and can be reached ideally with the city bus.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your reservation please inform us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply: – There are no cancellation fees up to one month before arrival – Cancellations from 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: the deposit will be retained – For cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, we charge a 50% cancellation fee – For cancellations received within the last week prior to arrival the total price of the reservation will be charged The legal regulations stipulated in Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code Decree 206/2005 apply.

Benefits

With your stay at our Rauchbichlerhof you get the Bruneck Kronplatz Card for free with which you can participate in the hikes and activities from May to October. You will also receive discounts at the Cron4 wellness paradise in Riscone.
There is also the option of avoiding long waiting times at the ski pass sales points – order your ticket online in advance.
